1:1 fitness coaching with Torema Thompson
Hi, my name is Torema Thompson and I am your qualified level 3 personal trainer!
As a self-coached England international sprinter, with almost 2 decades of experience in Track & Field, my knowledge of fitness and training techniques is extremely vast. I would describe my training style as athletics-based and dynamic with attention to detail. Having personally experienced multiple injuries throughout my career, I understand how important it is to take care of the "small" things, leading to the durability of your body and greater overall results in the long run. My sessions incorporate track, gym, and plyometric style exercises, keeping them fun, fresh and motivational.
I love helping others to achieve their goals and I hope to help you do the same when it comes to your fitness. I am currently available for personal training sessions on Fridays, 4pm - 8pm, at New River Sport & Fitness centre in Wood Green, North London.
