Abcentric 20 is Torema's FREE abdominal challenge centred on strengthening your core, toning up your abdominal region and helping you maintain a better posture.


The challenge takes an ascending staircase approach, where one new exercise is added to the routine each day. You will work all your abdominal wall muscles in this programme and are guaranteed to see and feel the results if you complete the full 20 days.


Throughout the 20 days, you will partake in exercises that require you to stand, lay and kneel and the difficulty of the exercises will develop as you do. We hope that the results you see will inspire you to continue working out your abs daily!


The Abcentric 20 Exercises


The tables below outline your routine for each of the 20 days. The new exercise that has been added each day is highlighted in blue. We recommend you watch our video tutorial for each exercise before performing them so that you can get the most out of them.


All your exercises are to be performed for 20 repetitions. Where an exercise is single sided, you will perform 10 on each side, a total of 20 repetitions.
